These terms apply to all games published by Squishko (each a "Game") and to this website. By downloading or playing a Game you agree to them.

1. Using our Games

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play our Games for fun on your own devices. Please do not copy, resell, modify or reverse engineer the Games, or use them in any unlawful way.

2. Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are sold and processed by Amazon through the Amazon Appstore. Payment, refunds and parental controls follow Amazon's terms. Purchased items unlock content inside the Game only and have no cash value.

3. Content and ownership

The Games, characters (including the Squishko cat), artwork, sounds and this website belong to Squishko or its licensors. Things you create inside a Game are yours to enjoy on your device.

4. No warranty

We work hard to make our Games fun and bug free, but they are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Squishko is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the Games.

5. Privacy

Our Games do not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
